Rachel Salvisberg of TCM Salvisberg

Movement of all kinds, whenever possible through outdoor sports, is the great constant in my life. The fascination for the body and its capacity is also reflected in the forms of therapy that fascinate me and that I practise myself every day.

Before I started working in an international environment in many parts of the world, I spent ten years teaching young people at a secondary school in Switzerland. At that time already I had started an education in acupressure. Now, in a third stage of my life, I study Chinese Medicine acupuncture.

I am a certified yoga and yoga therapy teacher, internationally recognised by the Yoga Alliance. At Amrit Yoga India I completed the certified training as a Yoga-Nidra Coach, a profound form of meditation. In addition, I did the training in Solution Focused Coaching in Singapore. I will complete my training in Traditional Chinese Medicine in January 2025.

I have learned so much form the interaction with people of different cultures and generations. I know from homesickness and loneliness to inner-home and all-one-ness. I can relate to young people and parents struggling with adolescence, school and a general feeling of anxiety about the current world situation. I also have a lot of experience in the field of reorientation in life and having to fit into new circumstances and places.

I am a native German speaker, but fluent in English and French.

I genuinely like people and I whole heartedly have the wish for everybody to live their potential and thrive. I am looking forward to meeting you.

Be the change you want to see in the world.
